Squeeze the Lime

Hold one lime wedge over the mixing bowl. Gently squeeze the lime wedge, from top to bottom. Allow the lime juice to fall into the dressing mixture. Repeat with the three remaining lime wedges. Be carefull not to squirt yourself in the eye!
