Chop Cilantro

Hold the knife in one hand, with the tip on the cutting board. Spread your other hand flat, and place it on the top edge of the blade. Rock the blade back and forth, chopping the cilantro into fine pieces. Measure 1/4 cup of the chopped cilantro, and set aside for later.
