This low calorie salad with prepared poppyseed dressing, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds comes together so quickly, and is always a big hit. Use ready-to-eat spinach and salad mix for a super-fast salad.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach, washed
- 2 cups washed and chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup jarred poppyseed dressing
Preparation:
1. Toss together the spinach, lettuce, cranberries, and almonds. Add the dressing, and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
