Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar (red wine)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced and pressed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley (fresh minced)
  • 2 teaspoons basil (fresh minced)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Steps to Make It

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Put all the ingredients in a jar with a tight lid and shake vigorously. Keep refrigerated.
