Now that the tofu and the vegetables are cooked through, you can add in the peanut sauce. Remove the skillet or wok from the heat. Pour the peanut sauce evenly over the tofu and vegetables. Toss the sauce gently with the veggies and tofu to evenly coat everything. The sauce will heat through as it mixes with the tofu and vegetables. And now you have made your very own tofu with peanut sauce dish! This is great served atop a small mound of steamed brown rice, or you could of course use white rice. I prefer brown rice as it offers more fiber, protein, and overall nutrition.
