Low Calorie Grilled Chicken Breast

During the summer, we love recipes like this. It takes only a few minutes to fire up the grill, a dusting of seasoning on the chicken, and there you have a lovely grilled chicken breast dinner.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 Tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation:

1. Preheat the grill.

2. Sprinkle the chicken breasts evenly with the cajun seasoning, pepper, and salt.

3. Grill the chicken breasts on each side for about 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked completely through.

Serves 4

I have not made this recipe, but I did check the calories. The recipe says it makes 4 servings at 100 calories a serving. A serving would be 4 ounces of chicken, which contains 187 calories.
