During the summer, we love recipes like this. It takes only a few minutes to fire up the grill, a dusting of seasoning on the chicken, and there you have a lovely grilled chicken breast dinner.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat the grill.
2. Sprinkle the chicken breasts evenly with the cajun seasoning, pepper, and salt.
3. Grill the chicken breasts on each side for about 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked completely through.
