Wonderful chicken, Member kristen.atkinson

this chicken was amazing! I loved the flavor and it was very tender and juicy. Very simple to cook as well. I butterflied the breasts and then tenderized them by pounding them to about a quarter of an inch thick. It goes really well with pasta, rice, or even on top of a salad which is what I am goign to do with the leftovers tomorrow for lunch. So versatile and delicious!
