Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Cinnamon Spiced Granola (or store-bought version, if you prefer)
- 1 cup non-fat, vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup sliced, fresh strawberries
Preparation:
1. Begin with 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon Spiced Granola, or other low-fat granola, in the bottom of a parfait glass. Next, layer 1/3 cup of the yogurt, and then 2 tablespoons of sliced strawberries. Continue layering yogurt, granola, and strawberries until the top of the parfait glass is reached.
2. Garnish with a fresh strawberry, if you wish.
