June through August is such a wonderful time to throw together any sort of fresh berries you can get your hands, and toss them in the blender for a healthy and nutritious berry smoothie. Really, any combination of berries works well in this smoothie, though we have specified amounts in the ingredient list. One recommendation though is to not go overboard on the blackberries unless you don't mind crunching on a few seeds!
While this recipe serves one, it is easy to double or triple the recipe to meet the needs of those you are feeding!

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup ice
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Blend on high until smooth. Add the ice and pulse a few times, then blend until the mixture is smooth.
