Feel free to use whatever vegetables you like on this pizza. Though the recipe calls for broccoli, celery, carrots, and green onion, you may experiment with tomatoes, cauliflower or other tasty veggies.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 1 can reduced-fat refrigerator rolls
  • 4 oz. 1/3-less fat cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp buttermilk dressing mix
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. Spray a 9x13-inch baking sheet or stone with non-stick cooking spray. Roll out the refrigerator rolls on the baking sheet. Pinch together the seems of the rolls to make an even crust.

3. Bake the crust for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and cool completely.

4. In a seperate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, buttermilk mix, and milk until it is smooth and spreadable. Spread the mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
