Low Calorie Two-Tomato Salsa

This is a beautiful looking salsa, ideal for serving alone with tortilla chips, or as a condiment for tacos.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup seeded, chopped yellow tomato
  • 1 cup seeded, chopped red tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp chopped, fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash of ground red pepper

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Add just enough of the ground red pepper to satisfy your craving for spice.

2. Chill until ready to serve.

Serves 4
