Ingredients:
- 1 cup seeded, chopped yellow tomato
- 1 cup seeded, chopped red tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped, fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash of ground red pepper
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Add just enough of the ground red pepper to satisfy your craving for spice.
2. Chill until ready to serve.
