Serve this smoked salmon pate with an assortment of crackers for an elegant appetizer at your next party.

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. packaged, cooked smoked salmon
  • 6 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • dash ground black pepper

Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

What an incredibly easy recipe to make. I made it for a safari supper where I had to make a starter for 8 people and this was just perfect and everybody loved it. Have recommended this recipe to everyone since.
