Healthy Guacamole - Recipe for Healthy Guacamole

Serve this healthy guacamole with baked tortilla chips, and enjoy a nutrient-packed snack. While the avocado does contain a high amount of fat, it is the healthy, monounsaturated type, so you don't have to feel guilty about enjoying a bit.

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Preparation:

1. Slice the avocados in half, and use a spoon to scoop out the green flesh into a medium-sized bowl. Remove the pit. Use a fork to mash the avocado until smooth, then stir in the lime juice, salt, cumin, and garlic powder. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
