I have found that spending a day or two cooking up a bunch of freezer meals saves me so much time in the kitchen later on. While I don't always muster up the ambition to spend a whole day in the kitchen to accomplish this goal, January's gloomy weather has kept me indoors and cooking. A few meals I have stocked in my freezer now include stuffed shells, sloppy joes, chicken noodle soup, chicken parmesan, chicken nuggets, terriyaki chicken, and meatballs with sauce for a spaghetti dinner. Mealtimes now include quick preparation and even quicker clean up!
