Since warm days lead to less cooking at my house, I thought I'd share one of my very favorite warm weather salad recipes. This greek chicken salad is amazing, and has enough good stuff in it to appeal to not only myself, but my husband too. I serve it with a wedge of crusty bread for a tasty summer dinner.
