Pate, a mixture of finely minced meat, fat, and flavorings, is one item that really isn't a part of my regular routine. It seems like a dish that is just a little too fancy for everyday fare. But with a simple pate recipe like low calorie smoked salmon pate, this is not the case! It will take all of 5 minutes to process smoked salmon, cream cheese, and a couple other ingredients to make this tasty and nutritious appetizer or mid-afternoon snack.
