It's Dad's day to be pampered! If you are celebrating Father's Day, what are you going to do for that special man in your life? Around my house, as in many other homes and cultures, the celebration seems to center around the day's meal. I must admit, it probably won't be breakfast in bed at my place, but a nice lunch or dinner full of manly food is certainly called for.
What's on the menu this Father's Day? Though not all men appreciate, or even include meat in their diet, many do. And if he is trying to watch what he eats, this menu including Cajun Pork Tenderloin gives him the satisfaction of a hearty bite of meat to sink his teeth in to, while still being lean and healthy!
